I give credit to God. My wife and I saw a 2023 Nissan Rouge Platinum parked in the front of Tyler Run. Dale, my wife and I personally want to thank you for providing good customer skills. Pleasant, low pressure car shopping experience with a diverse inventory. Unlike large dealerships I went to, they respected that I was willing to wait for something that felt perfect. The trade and buying process was transparent, and when my insurance co offered gap after papers were signed, they helped me out by rewriting the sale. Definitely recommend working with Joe and Dale here.

Everyone there was incredibly nice. They gave me a great price for my trade-in and really helped me get into a vehicle I could afford. Other dealerships have tried to push outside of my price range and a whole host of other issues (including disrespectful remarks) but Tyler Run were all incredibly kind, helpful, and only showed me what I was interested in and could afford. My car runs great, and I am just incredibly pleased and thankful.

If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Seriously consider shopping here for your next car. If they don't have exactly what you're looking for at the time, wait if you can and buy here. From the first visit to Tyler Run every single person was beyond friendly. I've been to so many dealerships throughout my life and never have I experienced the kindness, care, and willingness to help. They're all great here. Went above and beyond. Such a great experience! Instead they are telling him that they are willing to let it go to court where they will tie it up for years. DON'T BUY FROM THIS AUTO DEALER. UNLESS YOU WANT TO END UP WITH SOMETHING YOU CAN'T DRIVE! You might be able to use it for yard art! One more thing they did is tell him he wasn't a disabled veteran! How dare they! Spend your money else where!

I went to their lot after seeing a few vehicles on their website that I wanted to see in person. Tonya greeted me and was able to assist me throughout the process. Between her and the other gentlemen that helped me with my purchase I had a very positive experience. There was no pressure to get anything I didn't want to or anything like that. If you're looking for a good pre-owned vehicle for a reasonable price this is where you need to look not to mention Tonya is amazing friendly and just good at what she does. I have shitty credit and never financed a vehicle nor did I want to but they got me in a 2015 Mazda CX5 with a payment I know I can maintain. Everyone there is great so go check them out FYI: They have a nice inventory Also!!

I had a wonderful experience with Tyler Run! My first contact was with Chad, who came highly recommended from a dear friend. He came to my home to give me an estimate for my trade-in and was transparent, fair, professional and patient as it took me nearly a year to finally pull the trigger! My contact when I was ready to buy was Joe. He was kind, very professional and understanding. I never felt any pressure which I appreciated. Finally, Dale made the trade-in/purchase paperwork easy and quick. Overall, probably the best car buying experience I've ever had.

The staff are very welcoming and friendly, they were helpful and answered all my questions. Definitely recommend for anyone that needs a new car ☺️

I recently sold my father's vehicle to Tyler Run Auto Sales. It was 16 years old but with 55,000 miles and in showroom condition. During the process some mechanical issues were discovered that we were unaware of. We worked through those issues and they made an offer that was more than fair. I had previously purchased a vehicle for my son at Tyler Run about 10 years ago and was treated very well also. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Just want to write about what a great experience I had at Tyler Run Auto. Joe was my point of contact and answered every question I had, even sending me extra pictures and a video when asked, due to the distance I would be traveling for the truck. Chad accommodated me with a different warranty due to the distance I was traveling to purchase the vehicle, where I can now take the truck anywhere to fix, if need be, instead of attempting to take the truck back to their shop. Lastly Dale was great to work with and had all of my paperwork ready for signatures by the time I was done looking/test-driving the vehicle, I purchased from them. We drove drove an hour and 20 minutes on April 12th to look at a silverado. Everyone at Tyler Run were great, very honest, and up front with us. They are by far the best dealership we have ever worked with. Not only were they up front with us and honest, they gave us an awesome deal on our trade and stayed late to get everything done. This is the first dealership that we worked with and did not feel pressured to buy. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Do not buy your vehicle here. I was looking at a 2008 Honda Accord they had posted online. I had spoken to Chad over the phone 3 days in advance that I would be coming to look at the car and in which time they must not have thought to look over their vehicle to be sure it was good to go before a sale. Upon first looking over the car, I spotted a small leak from the power steering pump which had been leaking down into the alternator. This is a major issue that Chad couldn't seem to find as an issue and said he would take $100 off of the price because of it, when this is a couple hundred dollars to repair if both power steering pump and alternator were to fail. (Alternators are NOT to be internally lubricated) The plastics that cover the engine on the underside of the car were hanging down, though it's just a couple of plastic clips to fix it this should have already been addressed. The front of the driver's seat plastic was popped out from where it sits, in which I was told "we can pop that back in for you". Which would be great, but again why wasn't this addressed before parked on the lot. I then noticed the rear driver's side rocker panel had been smashed in and a groove into the metal, this was painted over in black paint. And then found that the transmission plug was missing, this can let water and moisture along with road debris and dirt into the transmission. Again a cheap part to fix this but how long has the car been ran without it? This dealership already had the car for over two months by the time I went to see it. Could have been for a while before they even got it. I was shown a work order in which they had replaced the front main seal, on something with just over 100k miles that's not that common and just tells me this car was beat on. Looking around the lot you can see illegitimate fixes on multiple vehicles. Shady people just looking to make a sale.

I have had good experiences here in the past but this time has been just awful. Do not buy at this place. I have a payment due on the vehicle we bought here coming up and we have had a month of every possible inconvenience. We thought the mileage and price were high, but trusted this place so were willing to pay the assuming the car would be well gone over. This should not happen when you pay 16k for a car. The glove compartment was a little funny. Seller said no big deal we can fix that. So they 'fixed' it. It broke and we can't even get into it. The sunroof only worked sometimes. The motor is done. So they said they'd fix it, but called today and Rick from the garage had no idea what we were talking about and couldn't give a straight answer on how long it would take. The first time we drove it at night it had no headlights. None. We had to get home with fog lights and high beams. When we called in the guy tried to tell us we needed to clean the covers! They finally put those in. Then it bucked, a lot. So they fixed that, which took several days. It bucked more, so they sent us over to the warranty, so we had to rent a car. Now we'll be out the $100 deductible for that and spent two days shuffling cars around. They couldn't find the issue. We've spent half the month borrowing cars and asking for rides, retelling the story to multiple people each time we call in multiple times and the person on the other end has no idea what is going on or tries to tell us they can't do what someone else just told is they would do. This is the most money we have ever spent on a car and it has been the worst experience I've ever had buying a car. Should have listened to my brother. He says never buy a car if you don't see a high quality, well known set of tires on it!

It’s about time. I leave a review, Years after I got my car I am still continuing to work with this wonderful company. And when I say work with, I truly mean that from a customer standpoint, they are magnificent people that work with you no matter your situation they are extremely understanding. They do not judge. I got my car from them at a really really good deal. It is a 2014 Ford focus and when I got it, there was only 8000 original miles on it. This was about two years ago. I believe I only put two or $3000 down. I can’t remember. But either way anytime someone says they need to get a car, I will always recommend talking to Dale or Tonya. They will help you with absolutely any of your needs, so I highly recommend Tyler Run Auto Sales whether it be buying a car or even having your car worked on they are all wonderful people and will help you with anything you need

I went to check out 2 cars I'm interested in and the staff is really nice. They answered all of my questions and I'll probably go back to purchase one of the cars if it still there.

They are selling some cars that are not prepped correctly for selling. If you're considering buying, check the car carefully!

Dale is very condescending when he speaks to you. I bought two vehicles never missed one payment and was put on a back burner when tried to buy a third. Which I'm glad I was because I bought a 2018 Dodge Ram 1500 from some one else. Any how back to Dale I was promised when I bought my Chrysler 200 my door handle would be replaced and every time I asked about it Dale forgot and gave me the run around. 3 years later car paid off and handle never fixed. For the record Tonya is remarkable and the only reason I wanted to use you guys again, but of course here comes Dale she went on vacation and he pushed me off didn't work on our deal and when he did only ran my credit and not my husbands, whos truck it would be. I would never do business with this company again.

Other people may like them but I would never recommend them because they told me so many lies regarding the loan. I do not appreciate being lied to about so so many things. Very disgusted with the professionalism of the place. Not happy with them at all and let them know I would never come back there again

So many complaints. Skipping my little gripes and going for the main ones. Bought the car drove it home car won't go in reverse. Had it less than an hour. Salesperson said bring it in we will look at it. Transmission was going out things happen ok. He told me they would get a new transmission in and fix it. Wouldn't give me a loaner instead told me to drive it. The car wouldn't go over 40mph had it like that for 2 weeks. Finally convinced someone to give me a loaner. Mind you I have had to call them the entire time they haven't contacted me once. Get a loaner car never called about my car being fixed. Had this loaner for 3 months. The loa er cars check engine light came on after 3 weeks as well. Never once was called. Finally called after 3 weeks they said not to worry my car would be fixed by next week and they would call me. Over 2 months later was called to say my car was ready first call they ever made to me. Sales person gave me some lame story about their supplier but regardless someone should have called way before. Now my car after over 3 months runs rough. They are terrible and don't care. Stay away please I'd hate for anyone to deal with this place. Will be telling everyone I know to stay far away from here.

Bought a car being told everything was inspected and good to go. Leave the lot 2k miles later rear struts and shocks are bad. Brakes needed replaced. Now transmission is gone less than 4k miles later. Never received registration and it's been months. Multiple calls with excuses until today they say they'll contact me first thing next week.
