Pleasant, low pressure car shopping experience with a diverse inventory. Unlike large dealerships I went to, they respected that I was willing to wait for something that felt perfect. The trade and buying process was transparent, and when my insurance co offered gap after papers were signed, they helped me out by rewriting the sale. Definitely recommend working with Joe and Dale here.
Everyone there was incredibly nice. They gave me a great price for my trade-in and really helped me get into a vehicle I could afford. Other dealerships have tried to push outside of my price range and a whole host of other issues (including disrespectful remarks) but Tyler Run were all incredibly kind, helpful, and only showed me what I was interested in and could afford. My car runs great, and I am just incredibly pleased and thankful.
If I could give more than 5 stars I would. Seriously consider shopping here for your next car. If they don't have exactly what you're looking for at the time, wait if you can and buy here. From the first visit to Tyler Run every single person was beyond friendly. I've been to so many dealerships throughout my life and never have I experienced the kindness, care, and willingness to help. They're all great here. Went above and beyond. Such a great experience! Quit screwing people. Those 1 star reviews on Google that came in over the weekend are my friends. Its not gonna stop. This could've been fixed easily by doing the right thing. I went to their lot after seeing a few vehicles on their website that I wanted to see in person. Tonya greeted me and was able to assist me throughout the process. If you're looking for a good pre-owned vehicle for a reasonable price this is where you need to look not to mention Tonya is amazing friendly and just good at what she does. I have shitty credit and never financed a vehicle nor did I want to but they got me in a 2015 Mazda CX5 with a payment I know I can maintain. Everyone there is great so go check them out FYI: They have a nice inventory Also!!

I had a wonderful experience with Tyler Run! My first contact was with Chad, who came highly recommended from a dear friend. He came to my home to give me an estimate for my trade-in and was transparent, fair, professional and patient as it took me nearly a year to finally pull the trigger! My contact when I was ready to buy was Joe. He was kind, very professional and understanding. I never felt any pressure which I appreciated. Finally, Dale made the trade-in/purchase paperwork easy and quick. Overall, probably the best car buying experience I've ever had.

I recently sold my father's vehicle to Tyler Run Auto Sales. It was 16 years old but with 55,000 miles and in showroom condition. During the process some mechanical issues were discovered that we were unaware of. We worked through those issues and they made an offer that was more than fair. I had previously purchased a vehicle for my son at Tyler Run about 10 years ago and was treated very well also. I would definitely recommend this dealership.

Joe was my point of contact and answered every question I had, even sending me extra pictures and a video when asked, due to the distance I would be traveling for the truck. We drove drove an hour and 20 minutes on April 12th to look at a silverado. Everyone at Tyler Run were great, very honest, and up front with us. They are by far the best dealership we have ever worked with. Not only were they up front with us and honest, they gave us an awesome deal on our trade and stayed late to get everything done. This is the first dealership that we worked with and did not feel pressured to buy. I will recommend them to everyone I know.

Everyone was great , great staff ,great service ,good inventory, car still runs great after years of paying it off,only reason for not 5 stars is because they make you sign a contract your not allowed to use vehicle for certin types of jobs. my vehicle was in house financed and was a great option to have. went back to trade in for another and turned down multiple times. with the area they are located would be nice to see more of their inventory be in house. but it is what it is . no choice but to look elsewhere .

Hello i just purchased this 2007 jeep wrangler sahara unlimited from tyler run i am and more than happy with it but not happy with gas prices right now im getting 15.5 miles to the gallon but its a jeep want to thank the crew over at Tyler run for selling me this great vehicle
